Society Packages
Hatfield London Country Club welcomes golfing societies and
corporate events.
Our packages cater for golfing days with 18,
27 or 36 holes, making use of one or both of our golf courses.
We offer a range of refreshments in comfortable surroundings
- coffee & bacon roll on arrival, a choice of lunches, and a
three course dinner in the evening depending upon your chosen
society package.
To book a society or corporate event please print out, complete
and return the Society Booking Form
with your deposit payment. Alternatively please contact us to discuss any special
requirements.

All weekend packages are only available from 10:00 am, subject to availability, from 1st April 2008-31st October 2008 inclusive.
Please be aware that the New Course is only available to members & their guests at the weekends.

Equipment Hire Prices (April 2008 to March 2009)
Equipment is available for hire on the day of play on a first come
first served basis. We accept advance bookings for buggy
hire. Individual bookings must be fully paid in advance. Society organisers can book a number of buggies in advance by paying a deposit of £5 per buggy but must take full responsibility for remaining payment on the day.

General Terms
- THE ACCOUNT MUST BE SETTLED IN FULL BEFORE ANY PLAY
COMMENCES.
- The Club's general rules of Conduct,
Dress and Etiquette shall apply to all society participants
and bookings.
Punctuality
- It is the responsibility of the Organiser of a society to
ensure that the society members are on the Tee ready to play at
their allotted times. This may mean that an Organiser who
has teed-off in one of the earlier parties in the society must
appoint a deputy. Organisers who tee-off with the last group
can ensure that the whole group are punctual.
- The club takes the responsibility of ensuring that
refreshments are available on time and it is thereafter the
Organiser's responsibility to make sure that the society members
finish their refreshments in good time to be able to tee-off
punctually.
- If members of a society are late arriving at the tee and have
missed their allotted tee-off times, then these times will be
forfeited and any following society or individual will be allowed
to play. The society members who arrived late will have to
wait to play until there is a free tee-off time.
Booking Procedure
- Society tee-off times can be reserved from 8:00am on the old course and 10:00am on the new course on weekdays (Monday
- Friday) and 10:00am onwards at the weekend, only on the old course
- Society bookings can be made and confirmed up to 12 months in advance
of the event.
- The completed
Society Booking Form and non-returnable deposit of £10.00 per person should be
sent to the Club no later than 21 days prior to the society day.
- Bookings can only be
confirmed upon receipt of the full deposit and the company reserve the right to cancel a society day if a deposit has not been received..
- Cancellations must be notified by contacting the Society
Secretary in writing to the company address, by fax to
01707-278475, or by email to info@hatfieldlondon.co.uk
- A cancellation fee of £20 per head
is chargeable where cancellations are received less than 5 days
before the day of the event.
- The account must be settled in full before any play commences.
- Payments are accepted by VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH. Personal cheques
can only be accepted with a cheque guarantee card up to the value
of the card's limit.
