The Bedwell Park Club (BPC) is a membership golf club operating under the control of Hatfield London Country Club Limited.  BPC offers both Individual and Corporate Memberships.

No green fees
No joining fee
Handicap certificates*
Reduction on standard green fees for members’ guests

Preferred tee-times on Old Course, Saturday & Sunday Mornings
4 weeks advance booking of tee-off times
Unlimited golf (weather permitting) 12 months of the year

* excludes Corporate Memberships because they are "Unnamed".

Classes of Membership - Playing Privileges

Junior Members may play both courses at any time during the week and after 10 up to 16 years, 2:00pm at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

All playing privileges are subject to the courses being open for play, and the availability of tee times.

Individual Memberships

Individual 5-Day, 7-Day and Gold Memberships are available to persons over 18 years of age.  Individual Members are entitled to use the amenities provided by Hatfield London Country Club Limited and may play both golf courses according to their Class of Membership.

Unnamed Corporate Memberships

Corporate Memberships are owned and issued in the name of a corporation and are available to partnerships, companies or unincorporated associations.  Corporate Memberships are issued by means of Unnamed Membership Cards - each card entitles one holder to the use of club facilities for the duration of their visit, but may be used by another holder during another visit.  Only 7-Day and Gold Corporate Memberships are available.

Transferability of Membership

Corporate memberships are transferable to another company, partnership or unincorporated association subject to approval by the Club’s admissions committee and upon payment of the required transfer fee as established by the Club from time to time.

Communications

All general club information is displayed on the membership notice boards.

Members who wish to make constructive suggestions to the Club can talk to the duty Manager at any time.  Any complaints or criticism should be addressed to the clubhouse manager.  No Member should reprimand any member of the Club’s staff personally or interfere in their duties.

BPC Guests

Each Member may sign in a maximum of three guests per visit to the club, entitling the guests to play on the Old or New Courses and to a reduction in some Visiting Golfer Green Fees. To qualify for these concessions the guest must play in the same group as the sponsoring Member.

Our golfing year runs from 1st April to 31st March.  Subscriptions will be calculated on a pro rata basis for memberships starting during the golfing year.

How to apply for membership

Membership of Bedwell Park Club is at the discretion of the Club’s Admissions Committee.

All membership categories are subject to the by-laws and the general rules of Conduct, Dress and Etiquette of the Hatfield London Country Club, as amended from time to time.  Also please ensure that you have read and understood the additional Bedwell Park Club Rules of Membership.
